Well I went down low to just a 3.5 but somehow I ended up having 87g carbs and 68 of which were sugars and then a chocolate bar so I am pretty sure I over shot by a mile and I forgot to take an extra shot and whoops! my blood sugar before bed was 20.5, I don't think that was supposed to happen.
It is funny how us diabetics can make such random and sometimes stupid mistaakes but from some stories you hear it keeps a little humour, I would hate to be a 100% serious diabetic freak, the humour in my life is what keeps me alive really, not the insulin hehe.
