How does the whole thing work with carbs in fruit?
I seem to find that even hough a bananna has apparently around 20 carbs in it I don't seem to see any higher blood sugars and that go's for appales too I noticed.
Can I find a list of fruit and how many carbs each has in it?
I hoep someone can explain and help clear my confusion up.
Thanks in advance!

Bananas are my favorite fruit, so I have them or one at least every once an a while, having type 2 is not always easy, but I find that I can enjoy many other fruit and not worry about having my blood sugar hit the ceiling.
So I stick to the complex carbohydrates aka low glycemic fruits and I'm okay. I try not to have them to late in the evening so as to not spike me up before I go to bed, that helps...just keep in mind that you can have other great tasting fruit and still not worry about spiking too high.
And yes you can still enjoy an occasionally banana, but don't Ape about it!
Ha, ha, ha...
Hope this helps:cool:

All fruits are very healthy to all. But their should be some restrictions in your intake.
