:cool:This one our favorites, it makes for a great lunch at home or on the go!
It's great either hot or cold.
Ingreidents
4 whole wheat tortillas
1 1/3 cups of romaine lettuce, shredded
1 1/2 cups of cooked chicken (put in food processor and shread after cooked)
4 tablespoons of low-fat Caesar salad dressing
8 tablespoons grated Pamesan Cheese
1 medium tomato (chopped)
2 tablespoons of olive oil
Any seasoning you like...
Take the chicken and cut into small cubes.
I take an 8" frypan or skillet and pour the olive oil into it and let it sit until heated, then place chicken and seasoning into it (be careful not to get burned) stir and turn.
While that is cooking, I chop the lettuce and tomato and set aside.
When the chicken is fully cooked (I leave mine on the stove for while longer because I love it a little on the burned side)
Turn down stove, take chicken and put into the food processor and grind it up (if you like it chunky skip this part)
After processing the chicken, scoop it out and put into a medium size bowl with dressing, tomato, cheese and mix that baby up together good.
Now take each tortilla and place one into the still heated fry pan and cook on each side for about two to three minutes.
Then all you have to do is plop a scoop of your chicken mixture on a cooked tortilla, place some shreaded romaine on the top and you're off to the races!

Flourless Fudgy Chocolate Cake
Ingredients:
1/2 cup water
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup Splenda®
(or mixture of 3/4 Splenda / 1/4 Cyclamate Granular)
8 ounces unsweetened chocolate
1 cup unsalted butter
6 eggs
boiling water
Preparation Method:
1. Preheat oven to 300°F. Grease one 10 inch round cake pan and set aside.
2. In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine the water, salt and Splenda. Stir until completely dissolved and set aside.
3. Either in the top half of a double boiler or in microwave, melt the chocolate. Pour the chocolate into the bowl of an electric mixer.
4. Cut the butter into pieces and beat the butter into the chocolate –– one piece at a time. Beat in the sweetened water. Slowly beat in the eggs –– one at a time. Pour the batter into the prepared pan. Have a pan larger than the cake pan ready, put the cake pan in the larger pan and fill the pan with boiling water halfway up the sides of the cake pan.
5. Bake cake in the water bath at 300°F for 45 minutes. The center will still look wet. Chill cake overnight in the pan. To unmold, dip the bottom of the cake pan in hot water for 10 seconds and invert onto a serving plate.

The diet most often recommended is high in dietary fiber, especially soluble fiber, but low in fat. Diabetics may be encouraged to reduce their intake of carbohydrates.

Those recipes were good. I just wanna add one tip. Instead of using sugar on your recipes, try to use natural sweeteners (http://www.natvia.com\). We are using Natvia. It is healthy, safe and natural.
